 Modular FRL Series MC In the last months we have expanded our new series of air treatment groups series MC with the dimensions G3/8 and G1/2. This new series MC, which replaces series C introduces some improvements which makes our air treatment range very interesting. The enhanced performances and aesthetics, with no price variations, makes this series more competitive on the market. Also the assembling and the maintenance further improved. The use of male/female tie rods makes it possible to easily realise any kind of composition without using special tie rods. The terminal flanges for the connections IN-OUT allow an easy maintenance in case of parts' replacement. The new mounting brackets to be assembled on the terminal blocks facilitate the handiness for the pressure regulation and the bowls' filling and emptying operations. The lubrication regulation screw is integrated in the transparent cap in order to guarantee a better dosage, while the O-Ring seals used for the tightening between the two elements have the complete seat at one side. This to assure that the seal remains in the same position also in case of separation of the two elements; facilitating the assembling and disassembling operations even more. Also the performances are better, especially the flow rate increased of 10-15%. On the filters and filter-regulators are available different kinds of condensate drains. Some models of the new series MC have been completely modified in order to achieve the maximum improvement of their performances. For example the manual, electropneumatically and pneumatically operated valves at 3/2 ways. Especially the electropneumatic and pneumatic versions may be used as single valves at 3/2 ways separately. The change of the soft start valve consists in the fact that it is no more an integrated part of the solenoid valve but individual. In this way it may be assembled also later without changing the solenoid valve.  Download product's brochure
