His hands-on approach helps keep projects organised while creating a supportive and productive working environment. When engaging with customers, he also helps ensure displays and completed projects clearly demonstrate the Automation Centre’s panel-building and assembly capability.

Outside work, Mark enjoys gardening and DIY, often getting creative by building projects from reclaimed wood.

Mike Rollason, Systems and Assembly Supervisor at Camozzi Automation UK, standing in the UK Automation Centre workshop.

Mike Rollason – Systems and Assembly Supervisor

Mike has been with Camozzi UK for 10 years and plays a key role in constructing and assembling pneumatic panels and custom automation systems.

Alongside building the panels, Mike supports the team with the pneumatic aspects of each project, helping ensure that component layouts, tubing and connections are assembled accurately.

Mike is a big fan of his electronic vernier caliper, a tool he calls an engineer’s best mate for measuring components and completing work accurately.

He finds real satisfaction in starting with a pneumatic layout, assembling the panel and then seeing the completed system operate as intended by the end of the build.

Outside work, Mike enjoys a variety of hobbies. He is getting back into clay pigeon shooting, a pastime he has enjoyed on and off for around 15 years, and he also builds model kits in his spare time.

Mike particularly values feedback from customers visiting the UK facility, helping the team continue to improve the practical automation solutions it provides.

Anthony Hill – Systems and Assembly Team Member

Anthony has been a key part of Camozzi UK for 12 years.

His main role involves assembling individual components into practical plug and play pneumatic units, providing customers with ready to use assemblies rather than separate components that still need to be built on site.

Anthony’s work is not simply about putting components together. He enjoys tackling challenging projects, including the assembly of rodless cylinders and other special pneumatic systems that put his practical skills to the test.

When he is not busy at work, Anthony enjoys walking, particularly in the Peak District, where the steep climbs and views provide a welcome escape. He also values spending time with family and friends.

Always ready to help, Anthony is often a go to member of the team for customer queries involving spare components, replacements and special assemblies.
