Pneumatics Training Courses from Camozzi Automation UK

Camozzi Automation UK provides structured pneumatics training courses for OEMs, distributors and end-users across the UK. Because strong industrial automation performance depends on people as well as products, our training helps apprentices, maintenance teams, and engineers understand, maintain and optimise pneumatic systems.

By blending theory with hands-on practice, we help delegates move from technical requirement to working solution, building confidence across demanding industrial environments.

Take your pneumatics knowledge to the next level.

Introduction to Pneumatics

Our foundation course is designed for delegates who are new to pneumatics or want to strengthen their core skills.

It is especially useful for maintenance teams working in demanding environments where reliability, dust, downtime and component wear can create frequent operational issues.

Delegates learn compressed air production and treatment, pneumatic actuators and valves, circuit design, troubleshooting, ISO 1219 symbols and safe working practices.

Introduction to Pneumatics Course

Advanced Pneumatics & Electro-Pneumatics

This course takes pneumatic knowledge further by connecting mpneumatic and electrical control.

It is especially useful for engineers and maintenance technicians managing modern automation, where electrical integration and precise sequencing are critical for long term machine reliability.

Delegates cover circuit sequencing, time delay and cascade circuits, logic valves, Ohm’s law, solenoid valve circuits, relays, PLCs, ladder logic, Fieldbus systems, and valve island technology.

Advanced Pneumatics Course

Safety in Pneumatics & Energy Saving

This one day course focuses on safer pneumatic working practices and reducing compressed air waste.

Delegates cover guard interlocking, emergency stops, risk assessment, pneumatic product safety, air system optimisation, Pneu-Saver and safe use of blow guns and air jets.

Note: implementing these techniques can pay for themselves in weeks where air saving opportunities are identified and applied correctly.
