Product Innovation and Range Expansions

Innovation remained at the heart of the Camozzi Group throughout 2025, with several important product launches and range expansions across the Group, heres some of the highlights:

• Series 32 Pneumatic Cylinders

Camozzi Automation expanded the ISO 21287 Series 32 range with the introduction of self-cushioned versions, available in both CM (male rod thread) and CF (female rod thread) variants, offering greater flexibility for demanding applications.

‍

• V4000 PLUS LE Microduct Connectors

Camozzi Technopolymers launched the new Series V4000 PLUS LE, expanding its offering for telecoms applications and reinforcing Camozzi’s position within this growing sector.

‍

• SAFEMAX Safety Valves

The solenoid valve range was enhanced with the introduction of 3/2-way quick exhaust safety valves – Series MD SAFEMAX, designed to support higher safety standards.

‍

• New Parallel Grippers for Cobots

The launch of the Series CGPW long-stroke parallel grippers extended Camozzi Automation’s gripping solutions, providing improved performance for handling and automation tasks.

‍

• Pneumatic Fittings Range Expansion

One of our most popular ranges, GripFit, was further expanded to meet customer demand and application versatility.

• Series 24 Mini-Cylinders

The introduction of new Ø10 and Ø12 diameters expanded the Series 24 mini-cylinder range, supporting compact and precision-driven designs.

Showcasing UK Automation Expertise

‍

Throughout the year, we published new case studies highlighting the capabilities of the UK Automation Centre, particularly in the design and build of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic control panels for manufacturing environments. Training and Knowledge Sharing

Our pneumatic training courses continued to be a success in 2025, supporting engineers with practical knowledge and hands-on learning. Digital Progress: Launch of the Camozzi Webstore

A major digital milestone this year was the launch of our new Camozzi webstore, designed to simplify the purchasing process, improve accessibility to product information and enhance the overall customer experience. Events, Exhibitions and Partnerships

2025 was a busy year for events and collaboration, here are some of the highlights:

• Our partnership with RS Components was formed and continues to grow, with Camozzi exhibiting at RS Connect 2025, strengthening visibility and collaboration within the industry.

‍

• The opening of Hayley Technical Centres marked another step forward in improving regional access to technical expertise and support.

‍

• Machine Building Live 2025 provided an excellent platform to engage with machine builders and discuss real-world automation challenges.

‍

• We celebrated our 25 year partnership anniversary with BTP - 2025 marked a major milestone, 25 years since BTP became an official Camozzi distributor in 2000.

Community and Charity Support

‍

Supporting people and communities remains a key part of who we are. In 2025, Camozzi proudly supported a range of initiatives, including:

• We continued our support for local grass roots community projects

‍

• Hosted an Easter charity bake sale in aid of Rainbows Hospice

‍

• Team Camozzi took on the Business Fives Ltd Charity Football Event

‍

• We took part in Wear it Green Day - raising money for the Mental Health Foundation

‍

• Hosted a Halloween fundraising event in aid of Rainbows Hospice

‍

• Celebrated International Community Day

‍

• Christmas Jumper Day in aid of Save the Children UK
